李东

教授

个人简介

李东(1990-),男,理学博士,湖南大学材料科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。2013年毕业于同济大学物理科学与工程学院获理学学士学位,同年直博,继续就读于同济大学物理科学与工程学院,师从张增星教授,2018年1月毕业被授予理学博士学位。2018年3月入职湖南大学材料科学与工程学院。2021年任湖南省青年科技工作者协会理事,中国青年科技工作者协会会员。2024年获批国家高层次青年人才。

主要研究领域为二维材料及二维材料异质结,包括材料生长动力学、材料内部载流子动力学、纳米电子与光电子器件制备、物性及应用研究。在Nature Nanotech.,Nature Electron.,Adv.Mater.,Light Sci.Appl.,JACS等国际知名期刊上以第一/通讯作者身份发表学术论文四十余篇,研究工作多次被相关媒体作为亮点报导。
