研究方向:

一、肺发育与损伤修复

肺发育主要分为两个阶段:早期分支发育形成各级肺支气管,以及肺泡发育来构建气体交换单位。当受到损伤时,成熟健康的呼吸系统会通过修复来替代有缺陷或死亡的细胞。发育和修复的异常会引起呼吸功能受损及肺部疾病。肺是我们呼吸的唯一器官,研究肺的发育和损伤修复对我们了解肺部疾病的发生、发展,以及寻找有效的治疗手段异常重要。课题组主要利用条件性基因敲除小鼠以及损伤模型小鼠来研究肺泡发育、肺泡损伤修复以及肺泡相关疾病。具体研究方向主要集中在:

1)研究肺的分支发育、肺泡发育、及肺泡损伤修复过程中细胞命运的决定因素;

2)探索肺泡形成的分子和细胞生物学机制;

3)利用不同的小鼠肺损伤模型研究肺泡的各种组成细胞在修复和再生过程中的作用;

4)利用小鼠遗传模型和3D培养模型来研究慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、间质性肺病(ILD)等疾病的发生、发展过程。

二、线粒体的生物合成及异质性分布在肺及其他器官中的作用

线粒体是几乎所有细胞生命活动的能量来源,然而线粒体在不同类型细胞中的定位存在异质性。线粒体是如何感知细胞内环境的各种信号,从而进行生物合成以及迁移到细胞的主要需能部位也是我们研究的重点。
