基本情况

涂海军,博士、湖南大学教授、博士生导师、岳麓学者,湖南省芙蓉学者奖励计划特聘教授。2011年1月-2015年6月先后在法国巴黎高师/法国国家健康与医药研究院(Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris/INSERM,U1024)和法国国家科学研究中心/克洛德·贝尔纳里昂第一大学(University Claude Bernard Lyon 1,CNRS, UMR5534)从事博士后研究工作;2009年6月-2010年5月在法国国家科学研究中心功能基因组研究所(L’Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle, IGF-CNRS)与法国巴黎高师从事访问学者研究;2008年7月-2012年12月任华中科技大学分子生物物理教育部重点实验室讲师;2008年获华中科技大学生物物理学博士学位。研究和阐释了细胞外基质蛋白Punctin调控胆碱能和GABA能突触后结构域的特化的分子与遗传机制(Nature,2014; Neuron,2015);揭示了“神经肌肉接头-运动肌肉-肠上皮”跨组织细胞信号轴调控肠道天然免疫的细胞机制(PNAS,2021);提出了肠道“神经元-平滑肌-肠上皮”神经免疫单元调控肠道天然免疫的新观点(Immunity,2023)。以第一或者通讯作者已在Nature, Immunity, Neuron, PNAS, Molecular & Cellular Proteomics, Frotiers in Immunology等国际学术期刊上发表SCI收录论文多篇。2015年获法国科学院生物科学进步奖,2020年聘为湖南省芙蓉学者奖励计划特聘教授,2022年荣获湖南省教育教学成果一等奖。主持国家自然基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、外国专家引进项目、湖南省重点领域研发计划项目、湖南省自然科学基金,校企产学研联合研发等多项研究与开发项目。
