教授
蒋健晖,男,1971年10月生,湖南大学化学化工学院教授,博士生导师。湖南大学分析化学专业学士学位(1993年)、硕士学位(1996年,导师:俞汝勤院士)、理学博士学位(1999年,导师:俞汝勤院士)。日本关西学院大学博士后(2000-2001年,合作导师:Yukihiro Ozaki教授)、访问教授(2002-2003年)。
国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2010),国务院特殊津贴专家(2013),英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC,2014),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2016),国家“WR计划”科技创新领军人才(2017),中国化学会会士(FCSC, 2020)。曾任《Fundamental Research》、《分析化学》、《Current Analytical Chemistry》、《Biosensors》、《化学学报》、《Analytical Chemistry》A-pages等编委。
研究方向为生物传感与成像、生物分子设计与工程,主要包括核酸检测技术、RNA荧光成像与调控、细胞膜受体工程与传感、核医学影像药物与仪器、基因与细胞治疗技术。已发表研究论文300余篇。他引逾3万次,H指数92。通讯作者论文200余篇,包括Nat. Mater(1)、JACS(10)、Angew Chem Int Ed(11)、Sci. Adv(1)、Nat. Comm(2)等论文。主持国家重大科学仪器研制项目、国家重点研发计划项目等。获中国发明专利授权40余件,其中微流控多目标生物检测、无铅压电雾化给药芯片、单光子发射断层成像与抗体偶联放疗药物三类专利已完成逾亿元技术转让与产业化。研制的单光子发射断层成像(SPECT)设备获批国家第三类医疗器械注册许可证(国械注准20243062517),单光子发射断层成像/X射线断层成像(SPECT/CT)设备已进入临床试验。
