研究方向
1.碳素材料的物理与化学
以石墨为代表的碳素材料具有优异的力学、热学性能,在航空航天、电子、能源领域具有广泛应用。研究其基本物理和化学性质对于多种先进碳素材料的制备和应用具有重要意义。目前研究工作主要集中在:(1)液相碳化理论、中间相沥青的结构与性能,(2)石墨的热性质,(3)石墨晶体缺陷形成和演变规律。前期研究成果发表在Advanced Materials,Carbon,Fuel等刊物。
2.高纯度碳材料
高纯度碳材料广泛应用于半导体和核工程领域。研究工作包括:(1)碳材料的高温提纯机理,杂质与卤素自由基的反应机理,(2)高纯度等静压石墨的制备,(3)光伏和半导体用高纯度黏胶基碳纤维毡的制备,(4)高纯度天然鳞片/微晶石墨的制备。研究成果发表于Carbon,Journal of Nuclear Materials等刊物。
3.人造石墨、等静压石墨的制备技术理论与工程化
等静压石墨是一种经典的结构材料,广泛应用于光伏、机械、航天和核能领域。在继承湖南大学炭素材料专业特色的基础上,开展了以下研究工作:(1)细结构等静压石墨的制备技术,(2)低热膨胀系数各向同性石墨的制备,(3)多孔石墨材料,(4)石墨/陶瓷复合材料。研究成果发表于Carbon,Journal of Nuclear Materials等刊物。
4.高温气冷堆用核级石墨的结构表征和应用性能研究
核级石墨是高温气冷堆的堆芯结构材料,是高温堆赖以建立的物质基础之一,其辐照性能决定了高温堆的寿命,因此提高石墨的性能就等于拓展反应堆的性能。开展核级石墨的性能评价与结构表征将为反应堆堆芯设计提供依据,并为预测石墨在反应堆内行为建立理论基础。研究工作包括:(1)核级石墨的多尺度微观结构的表征,(2)核级石墨的摩擦磨损性能,(3)核级石墨的力学性能,(4)高温气冷堆球形燃料元件基体石墨及其改性。前期研究结果发表在Carbon,Journal of Nuclear Materials,Nuclear Engineering and Design等刊物。
