副教授
江西吉安人,中共党员,湖南大学和McMaster University联合培养博士,Kyushu University博士后研究员及助理教授,现任湖南大学材料科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师,青年教师托举计划,担任JMA、MRL、IJMMM、金属学报、有色金属工程和矿冶工程期刊(中)青年编委以及J. Mater. Sci. Technol., J. Magnes. Alloy., Mater. Des., Materialia, J. Alloys Compd., Mater. Sci. Eng. A和Metall. Mater. Trans. A等知名期刊及国家自然科学基金等通信评审专家。主要研究方向包括金属材料先进制备与加工及AI+增材制造合金设计等,获得2023年中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖(排名第1)和湖南省科技进步二等奖(排名第2),入选湖南省“荷尖”人才(湖湘青年英才)和湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师,主持“慧眼行动”项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目等十余项,曾作为主要参与人完成了“973”项目子课题、科技部国际合作计划项目、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金及日本学术振兴会(JSPS)重点基础研究项目等。已在国内和国际相关领域知名学术期刊上发表论文100余篇,包括Nature Commun. , Mater. Today, Int. J. Plast., Int. J. Extreme Manuf., Virtual Phys. Prot., Scripta Mater.等。主讲“金属塑性加工原理”、“材料性能学”“变形体物理学”等本科、研究生课程,主持湖南省一流本科生课程1门、研究生拔尖创新人才联合培养基地项目1项和湖南省教改项目1项,参与一门湖南省一流本科生课程建设,参与教育部和湖南省教改课题各一项,获湖南省教学成果奖一等奖和二等奖各1项,湖南大学教学成果一等奖2项,每年指导1-2项本科生SIT项目(包括国家级、省级、校级),指导多名本科生参加各类全国学科竞赛,获得全国大学生金相技能大赛个人一等奖、团体二等奖,中国大学生材料热处理创新创业大赛一等奖等多项奖励。
