教授
主要开展多肽药物与载体的基础应用研究:提出了多肽药物结构设计的新理论,阐释了树状/手性多肽药物的设计原理、构效关系和药理药效机制;建立了仿生多肽载体的构筑新方法,发展了可感知与突破多重生理病理屏障的活性分子靶向递送系统;发掘了多肽增效药物治疗的新策略,推动了从干预肿瘤生物学机制向重塑病理微环境的治疗模式转变,为治疗耐药性恶性肿瘤、病原微生物感染提供了新思路
以通讯作者在Nature Communications、Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Nano等国际重要期刊发表论文40余篇;已授权生物医药类国家发明专利16项
主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、面上项目、青年基金等科研项目;主持湖南省重点研发计划、杰 青/优秀青年基金、科技创新人才项目等项目
受邀在中国药学大会、中国药物制剂大会、中国材料大会、中国生物材料大会、中国生物物理大会等进行邀请报告20余次
