教授
罗宵,湖南大学生物学院教授、博士生导师、硕士生导师。曾先后于荷兰国家数学与计算机科学研究中心(CWI)、德国比勒菲尔德大学从事博士阶段研究工作,拥有计算机科学与生物学交叉的复合型学术背景。长期专注于计算基因组学与生物信息学领域研究。近年来,围绕"基因组序列如何编码生物表型"这一核心生物学问题,系统开发了一系列基因组序列分析算法与人工智能模型,主要包括:基于图论的序列组装与分类、AI驱动的序列功能解析与表型预测等。相关研究成果以通讯作者身份发表于Nature Machine Intelligence、Nature Communications、Genome Biology、Genome Research等专业顶级期刊。主持多项国家级和省部级科研项目,担任iMeta期刊青年编委,及Genome Biology, Genome Research等期刊审稿人。
