基本情况

孟优,湖南大学半导体学院教授、博导、边缘器件实验室(Edge Devices Lab)负责人,在Nature Mater.、Science Adv.、Nature Commun.、Adv.Mater.等期刊发表论文120余篇,申请/授权中外专利20余项,主持海外优秀青年、省百人、国自然面上、全国重开放课题等项目。

研究方向:

先进集成与微纳制造技术(晶体管、CMOS电路等)

智能感知与仿生视觉系统(边缘光电、仿生视觉等)

边缘轻量化硬件安全电路(存算一体、PUF电路等)
